Most of the calls we get in Miramar come from houses built between 1953 and 2005, with the bulk of the stock dating to the 1960s and 70s across the area's 45 named neighborhoods. What we can price accurately before we arrive: the service call itself, and a rough range based on what you describe (broken spring vs. dead opener vs. door off its track). What we can't price sight unseen: anything involving panel replacement, custom-width doors, or damage where we can't tell from your description whether the track is bent, the jamb is out of square, or both. Those get a firm number once we're looking at the door.
